Student Scholarship Awards

     Thank you to all those who attended the YMF Mixer at the Rio City Café last month.  During the Mixer, YMF awarded over $2000 in scholarships to deserving students in the Sacramento and Stockton areas.  Congratulations to Gabriel Apgar of Sacramento State University, and Tara Dougherty, Mary Kissinger, and Troy Tisthammer, all from the University of the Pacific.  The awards were presented by Lauren Hampson, YMF Scholarship Chair, to these students who showed balance in their undergraduate career with hard work in the classroom, the community, and in their student ASCE Chapter.  Congratulations, and we hope to see these students continue their success and support of ASCE in the future.
