Fall 2007 PE Review Course Registration

Making a course reservation is a three-step process

1. Read and agree to the terms and conditions below;
2. Fill out the registration form; then
3. Make payment via check or PayPal.

Step 1. Terms and Conditions

1. Late Registration

   Late registrations will be accepted subject to the late fee.  We only produce study materials for the students we are expecting.  Due to the large volume of students and notes we process, if you register on or after the first day of class, we cannot guarantee you will have notes to use immediately when you show up. For this reason it is suggested you register early to ensure you have notes in a timely manner to study from during the lecture class.  Registration forms must be postmarked by  July 16, 2007 to avoid the late registration fee.

2. Refunds

   You may only request a refund from class before or on the first class date.  If you withdraw prior to the first class, your registration fee will be refunded minus a 15% service fee.  If you withdraw at the end of the first day your registration fee will be refunded minus a 30% service fee.  There will be no refunds after the first day of class with the exception of the following.  For students who are waiting for the Fall 2006 exam results, if you sign up before the results are released, you may apply for a refund minus a 15% service fee only if you passed the Fall 2006 exam.  To receive this refund after the first day of class, you must provide a copy of your exam results showing you passed the Fall 2006 exam.  This extended refund policy must be requested within one week of the results being mailed by the California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.  All students who withdraw from class and request a refund, per the conditions above, are required to return all class notes and materials provided by YMF prior to receiving a refund.

3. Registration

   YMF must recieve payment in full in order to complete the registration process

4. Class Size

   Class size is limited and registration is done on a first-come first-served basis.  Please call if registering late to verify if space is available.
