Come join Sacramento YMF and Truckee Meadows YMF at our annual Camping Trip!
Mark your calendars YMF! ASCE YMF’s Truckee Meadow’s group has graciously invited us to join them for a weekend camping trip at Jackson Meadows Reservoir during the weekend of August 19 – 21, 2011! Please feel welcome to bring a guest ($10 each guest). Arrival time on Friday will be in the late afternoon or evening.
Details:
YMF will be providing all meals, cooking equipment and different types of "refreshments" - suitable for all types of palatable tastes. Just bring yourself, a tent, a sleeping bag, and a chair for yourself and guest if applicable. Please look into carpooling and/or sharing tents if feasible.
Location:
Jackson Meadows Reservoir is approximately 30 miles NW of Truckee off Hwy 89 North, in the middle of Tahoe National Forest. The campground is just off the water and has full bathroom facilities. There is hiking, fishing, rock climbing, waterfalls, etc. all within walking distance of the site. Come prepared for a great weekend!
