Theron Roschen, PE will discuss “Greenroads”, the practice of incorporating sustainable practices into road building. Topics covered include:
- Beneficial use of Recycled Tires in Rubberized Asphalt Concrete and Lightweight Fills
- Recycled Aggregate
- Warm Mix Asphalt
- Permeable Pavement
- Other Sustainable Practices
Mr. Roschen in the Transportation Program Manager with Jacobs Engineering. Prior to joining Jacobs 4 years ago, Theron was the Chief Engineer for Sacramento County Department of Transportation, serving the County for 23 years.
