The Sacramento Section of YMF sponsors review courses semi-annually for the Civil professional engineer exam which includes the General 8-hour exam and the California state specific Seismic Principles and Engineering Surveying exams. For more information please see the links below.

- 8-Hour
- A of topics covered in the 8-hour portion of the Civil engineering professional engineer examination. This course is provided as a public service to the engineering profession. Since YMF is a non-profit organization, we are able to offer quality instruction at a reasonable price. All courses are taught by local professionals.
- Seismic Principles
- This intensive workshop is designed to review the basic principles of seismic design of structures for the California state specific Civil professional engineer examination.
