Step 1. Terms and Conditions

1. Registration Fees

   Early registration qualifies for a discounted rate, registration after the set early registration date will be accepted at full cost.  Due to the large volume of students and notes we process, if you register on or after the first day of class, we cannot guarantee you will have notes to use immediately when you show up.  For this reason it is suggested you register early to ensure you have notes in a timely manner.  Registration forms must be received or postmarked on or before the early registration date for each class you reserve a spot for in order to qualify for the discounted rate.

2. Refunds

   You may request a refund from class before or on the first class date.  If you withdraw prior to the first class, your registration fee will be refunded minus a 15% service fee.  If you withdraw at the end of the first day your registration fee will be refunded minus a 30% service fee.  No refunds will be issued after the first day of class with the exception of the following.  Students who are waiting for exam results, you may apply for a refund minus a 15% service fee if you passed the exam.  To receive this refund after the first day of class, you must provide a copy of your exam results that show you passed the exam.  This extended refund policy must be requested within one week of the results being mailed by the California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.  All students who withdraw from class and request a refund, per the conditions above, are required to return all class notes and materials provided by YMF prior to receiving a refund.

3. Payment

   YMF must recieve payment in full in order to complete the registration process.  If you reseve a spot during the early registration period and payment is not recieved you will be required to pay the full amount.

4. Class Size

   Class size is limited and registration is done on a first-come first-served basis.  Please call if registering after classes have begun to verify if space is available.

5. Changes to the terms and conditions

   Changes to the terms and conditions may be made at any time without notice.  To recieve a copy of the most recent terms and condtions please send an email request to pereview@sacymf.org.
